AI Engineer

Job Description

Design, train, and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning models. Preprocess, analyze and validate large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance. Develop and deploy scalable AI-powered applications using programming languages like Python. Integrate AI models into existing systems and software platforms, ensuring performance and robustness. Monitor and retrain deployed models to address performance issues and maintain accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with project goals and business needs. Stay updated on advancements in AI and implement cutting-edge techniques. Ensure ethical AI design and compliance with regulations, including data privacy and bias mitigation. Skills and Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in AI development (experience in a high-growth startup is a bonus). Solid understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms, with proficiency in Python, OCR, and LLMs. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data preprocessing. Knowledgeable in deploying AI solutions on AWS. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes in design or technology. Strong ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Excellent grasp of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
