Job Description

Job Title: AI Engineer Python. Location: Bangalore, India Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with expertise in Python programming to design, develop, and deploy custom artificial intelligence (AI) applications on bare metal and privately deployed cloud platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift AI and VMware Cloud Foundation Private AI using NVIDIA Enterprise AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python software development, AI/ML frameworks, and model fine-tuning. Key Responsibilities: 1. AI Application Development & Deployment Design, develop, and deploy AI applications on bare metal and private cloud platforms (Red Hat OpenShift AI, VMware Cloud Foundation Private AI with NVIDIA Enterprise AI). Build scalable and high-performance AI solutions using Python. 2. Python Programming & Optimization Leverage advanced Python capabilities for AI applications, including: Optimized numerical computations (NumPy, SciPy) Concurrency and parallelism (multiprocessing, joblib) Advanced data structures and algorithms. 3. AI/ML Frameworks & Model Fine-Tuning Apply expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn. Develop and fine-tune AI models using techniques such as transfer learning and hyperparameter tuning. 4. Generative AI & LLMs Work with open-source LLMs and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic flows. 5. Custom Model Development Design and implement custom AI models from scratch using Python and popular AI/ML frameworks. 6. System Integration & API Development Integrate AI applications with existing systems, data sources, and APIs for seamless functionality. 7. Testing, Validation & Optimization Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI applications. 8. Documentation & Communication Create comprehensive technical documentation. Communicate project progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python. AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Langchain, LangGraph, RAG, Fine-Tuning. Data science libraries: NumPy, SciPy, Pandas.
