Role Summary: As an AI Prompt Writer Intern at Hanooman AI, you will play a key role in crafting, testing, and refining prompts that drive AI language model performance across diverse applications. Success in this role means creating clear, effective, and creative prompts that enhance the AI’s ability to understand and generate relevant, accurate responses. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with AI researchers and product teams, gaining hands-on experience in natural language processing and prompt engineering within a fast-growing AI startup. How this role fits in: You will collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure that prompts align with business goals, improve user experience, and contribute to the continuous learning and adaptability of Hanooman AI’s models. Responsibilities : Develop and optimize prompts for various AI applications, ensuring clarity, relevance, and inclusivity. Test and analyze AI responses to different prompt structures, iterating to improve output quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and tailor prompts accordingly. Document prompt variations, best practices, and guidelines to standardize prompt engineering processes. Research emerging trends in prompt design and natural language understanding to inform prompt strategies. Ensure all prompts use gender-neutral and inclusive language. Qualifications : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and creativity. Basic understanding of AI language models and natural language processing concepts (prior coursework or self-study is a plus). Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and iterate based on AI output. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about AI and prompt engineering. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Communication, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
