Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Software Implementation Specialist to drive the identification, evaluation, and implementation of software solutions, especially in Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance educational delivery and operational efficiency at Suchitra Academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, vendor management, API integrations, and deployment strategies. They should be able to assess the schools needs, match the right technology solutions, and oversee their seamless integration into the schools ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Technology & Vendor Selection: Understand the schools requirements across academic and operational domains. Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-powered and EdTech software solutions that align with the schools goals. Identify and collaborate with software vendors and technology providers to procure the best solutions. Implementation & Deployment: Oversee software implementation, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption. Work with internal stakeholders (teachers, IT team, administrators) to define use cases and customize solutions. Ensure solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and effective in an education setting. Systems Integration & API Management: Assess the compatibility of new software with existing school systems (LMS, ERP, Communication Tools, etc.). Manage and support API integrations where needed to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Troubleshoot integration challenges and liaise with vendors for technical support. Training & Change Management: Conduct training sessions for teachers and staff to ensure adoption of new tools. Develop documentation and SOPs for software usage and troubleshooting. Act as a liaison between school leadership, teachers, IT teams, and external vendors. Continuous Improvement & Strategic Alignment: Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented software solutions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and education technology to continuously optimize the school’s digital ecosystem. Provide strategic insights to leadership on future technology investments and innovations. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Educational Technology, or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in software implementation, IT project management, EdTech solutions, or AI-driven technology adoption. Strong understanding of AI applications in education, software deployment strategies, and vendor negotiations. Experience with API integrations, data flow management, and cloud-based software solutions. Ability to see the big picture and align technology investments with institutional goals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of EdTech tools, AI-based learning platforms, school ERPs, and LMS solutions. Experience working in an education environment or K-12 school technology implementation. Ability to analyze data-driven insights for decision-making. Understanding of cybersecurity & data privacy in an educational context. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or AI-related fields would be a plus.
