We are looking for an LLM Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer to design, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and build custom AI workflows within our SaaS platform. This role requires expertise in AI model integration, automation, and cloud-based deployment, along with a strong foundation in Python and LLM frameworks. The ideal candidate has experience working with LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning models, and vector databases, while integrating AI-driven capabilities into production environments. This role will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions. Main Responsibilities 1. Large Language Model (LLM) Development Optimization Fine-tune and optimize LLMs like OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4 Turbo), Mistral, Meta (Llama), Anthropic, Falcon, and other open-source models Develop custom AI workflows for SaaS applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Implement prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and reinforcement learning techniques for enhanced model performance Work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to improve model context understanding 2. AI Workflow SaaS Integration Build and deploy AI-driven workflows and automation tools Integrate AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture Design and optimize vector search capabilities with Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB Implement multi-agent systems using AutoGen, CrewAI, and ChatDev for LLM-based decision-making 3. Cloud Infrastructure (Multi-Cloud Ready) Deploy AI models on Azure, GCP, AWS, or on-prem environments Develop scalable LLM services with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architecture Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of AI deployments 4. Programming Automation Write efficient, production-grade Python code for AI-powered applications Work with FastAPI, Flask, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other ML frameworks Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines and ensure CI/CD for ML models 5. Security, Compliance AI Ethics Implement data privacy measures for compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA Ensure model fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation Follow best practices in AI security and model robustness. Experience and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in AI, ML, or NLP development Strong expertise in Python, with hands-on experience in LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face) Experience integrating LLMs with APIs, databases, and cloud environments Knowledge of vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) Familiarity with multi-cloud platforms (Azure AI Studio, GCP Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI API) Understanding of AI model deployment, optimization, and inference performance tuning Strong grasp of MLOps and DevOps practices for AI Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with digital twins, AI agents, reinforcement learning Knowledge of AutoGen, CrewAI, and multi-agent LLM collaboration Experience in fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Falcon) on custom datasets.
