Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling and selecting candidates for various roles.2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative methods to identify and attract top talent.3. Daily Interviews: Should be capable of managing more than 70 telephonic interview calls a day.4. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.5. Market Research: Stay abreast about industry trends, competitor practices, and market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.6. Background Verification and documentation: Responsible for background verification process and work closely with client partners.7. Reports & Dashboards: Maintain database & prepare hiring dashboard on weekly basis.
