We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Frontend Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading the development of our user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular, with a strong understanding of modern frontend development practices. Experience with React is a significant plus. You will also have a solid understanding of backend technologies and cloud platforms, enabling you to work effectively across the full stack and contribute to architectural decisions.Responsibilities:Frontend Development & Leadership:Lead the development and maintenance of complex web applications using Angular (and optionally React).Architect and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and recommend improvements. Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.Backend & Full-Stack Collaboration:Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend and backend systems.Possess a working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.Understand and utilize RESTful APIs and other data exchange formats.Contribute to database design and optimization, particularly with PostgreSQL.Cloud & Infrastructure:Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage frontend applications.Understand cloud-native architectures and best practices.Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines.Database Management:Interact with and design database schemas with Postgres.Write and optimize SQL queries.Understand database best practices.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).9+ years of professional experience in frontend development.Expertise in Angular framework (versions 8+).Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.Experience with state management patterns (e.g., NgRx, Redux).Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma, Cypress).Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.Experience with Git version control.Preferred:Experience with React framework.Experience with backend development using Node.js, Java, or Python.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience working with Postgres Databases.Experience with CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
