Coding experience in Python . Experience in products like CUDA toolkit, CuDNN, Theano, Caffe, Torch, OpenCV or similar tools. Experience working with Cloud Services AWS, Azure etc. Takes ownership of self-professional development The desired candidate should be a quick thinker and should have a track record of high performance product development. Additionally, the candidate should be innovative, dedicated and result oriented. Research experience is preferred. Strong background in Math specially in statistics , modelling and matrices Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Proficiency in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes). Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI/ML projects. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Candidate: 10-15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field. Proven experience with non-cloud LLM deployments and architectures. Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge communication gaps between various teams. Leadership experience with a proven track record of driving successful AI projects. Ability to travel frequently (30-40%) to client locations Lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycles, including design, development, and deployment. Build and optimize models in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (e.g., GANs, LLMs). Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions for NLP, Computer Vision, and Analytics. Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies and deliver solutions. Stay updated on AI advancements and implement state-of-the-art technologies.
