AI/ML Developer (LLM & Python Expert) Location: Remote Type: Full-Time / Contract About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on AI/ML Developer who lives and breathes Python, has deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4.0, and knows their way around Hugging Face, vector databases, and API integration. If you’ve built AI layers that connect data systems, played with embeddings, and have a strong understanding of how to deploy AI in production — we want to talk. Responsibilities: Architect and build an AI layer to connect and interface with our internal databases Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (especially OpenAI’s GPT-4.0 and open-source equivalents) Work with vector stores (like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) for semantic search and memory Use Hugging Face transformers, datasets, and pipelines for building advanced NLP workflows Write clean, scalable Python code with proper documentation Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to bring AI-first features to life Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development Deep expertise in Python, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), Hugging Face Experience working with vector databases and embeddings Comfortable deploying and optimizing models in real-world settings Bonus: Knowledge of LangChain, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks A builder’s mindset — proactive, solution-driven, and fast What We Offer: Work alongside a founder-led, fast-moving team Creative freedom + ownership from Day 1 Flexible remote work setup Show more Show less
