Job description and other details 1. Location & Work Mode The candidate must be based in Bangalore and willing to work in a hybrid mode (partial work-from-office). Fully remote (WFH-only) candidates will not be considered . 2. Required Experience & Expertise Experience: 2 to 5 years in AI/ML development, with a focus on Generative AI & AI-driven system modernization . Candidates must have hands-on experience in Enterprise Systems and AI-related projects (POCs or production-level AI implementations) . Experience with AI-powered tools for SDLC modernization, code migration, and enterprise AI adoption is a plus. 3. Key Technical Skills Candidates should possess the following skills: A. AI/ML Expertise Strong Python programming skills Hands-on experience with GenAI models, LLMs/SLMs (real-world projects preferred) Proficiency in Machine Learning & Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) Understanding of MLOps pipelines and AI model deployment B. System Modernization & Enterprise Tech Stack Basic to intermediate knowledge of : Java, Spring, React, Kotlin, and Groovy PL/SQL (for modernization projects) Experience or willingness to work on AI-driven migration projects (e.g., PL/SQL to Emery, JS to Groovy DSL ) Strong understanding of AI-assisted code refactoring and testing frameworks C. AI Integration in Enterprise Systems Ability to integrate AI models into enterprise workflows & applications Experience with API development & AI model integration Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools 4. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 successful AI/ML POCs or production deployments . Prior experience in AI-assisted coding, AI-powered automation, AI-based DevOps. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative environments . Good communication skills , as candidates will be involved in training and supporting internal teams.
