AI/ML Team Lead Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead our AI-driven projects and manage a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and Python programming. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of AI models, ensuring successful project execution, and guiding a team of AI/ML professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. • Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and data-driven solutions. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, integrating relevant technologies and best practices. • Ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of AI models in production environments. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices for maintainable and efficient codebases. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). o Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. o Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning. o Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments. o Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). o Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks is a plus.
