Reservations The Ticketing Executive is responsible for managing ticket Booking for international travel. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate booking information, and handling any travel-related queries or issues. Work closely with Airlines, Operations & Sales Team and Tourist to ensure a seamless travel experience. Job Profile: Airline Ticketing Executive (International) Responsibilities Managing and processing flight bookings for international destinations. Addressing ticketing inquiries, assisting customers in selecting suitable flight options, and handling cancellations, changes & refunds in accordance with airline policies. Process payments for bookings and ensure transactions are secure and compliant with company policies. Liaise with airlines to confirm reservations, obtain flight schedules, and manage seat allocations. Requirements Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive or similar role in the travel industry. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures.
