Operating under RBI guidelines, the team facilitate seamless customer referrals to esteemed Partner Banks and NBFCs, ensuring robust financial offerings through strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:This role will comprise of User Centric Mindset: You will be responsible for understanding customer needs as well as stay on top of the customer pulse via secondary insights - both qualitative and quantitative. Should have Capability to independently translate user feedback into actionable insights for product development. Product Vision & Strategy: Should have ability to independently define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.
