Vendor ManagementVendor Selection: Research, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with HR service providers.Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and budgets; address issues as they arise.Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with vendors to ensure collaboration and service quality.Cost Control: Manage vendor budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure value for money.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure vendors adhere to legal regulations and mitigate risks.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance vendor services and improve HR processes.
