Very poor service.......they are intrested to sell the machines......but are not intrested in service. Manager level person don't know how to talk. When you are buying machine they will tell you we will visit in 24 hours but once you buy no one is there to hear your product related complain.

Don't go for their DR system They have worst printer Better to get fuji printer as they have great long exp.
