ESTIMATORJob responsibilitiesAnalyze drawing, specification and documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.Handing all tender requirements and inquiry and follow up on missing information, documents and clarifications.Review design options and recommend best solution, selecting and finalizing the systems. Preparation of value engineering options by maintaining the client requirement.Checking door/window/glazing schedules, BOQ and analytical section details.Estimate material and equipment costs to a level of detail matching the design documents.Identifying cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.Selection of suitable system according to project specificationsIdentify labor and material costs and time requirements by researching proposals/related documents, conducting detailed analysis of existing project cost and availing inputs from purchase department. Evaluate drawings, site surveys, existing estimates, site conditions and other available materials and help determine the project cost estimate.Cost Estimation of complete system, prepare, finalize, submit tenders and obtain customer acceptance. Calculate material quantity requirements, utilize estimation software and prepare material take off.Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan.Assessing the levels of risk on a project.Present complex and detailed reports to management.Requirements for this Role;Graduate degree / Diploma in Engineering (mechanical, civil, architectural)At least 5- 8 years as Estimator in Aluminium Facade/ Aluminium/ Glass fabrication industry in a similar profile.Technical knowledge in Aluminium Systems windows,doors ,curtain wall,structural glazing, spider glazing,skylights (design,fabrication and installation)Excellent team management skills with experience of managing a team of estimators Strong Analytical skills and problem solving skills with an eye for detail Detail oriented,focused,organized with good interpersonal skills.Strong Time Management skills with ability to work under pressure and strictly adhere and deliver as per deadlines Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities and proficient in relevant software including MS Office Suite and Autocad

JOB DESCRIPTION OF QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEERPurpose of This Role: - To ensure adherence to the Quality standards at site and factoryMajor Responsibilities: -Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.Manage to lift of all types of equipment and handle the efficient storage of all hazardous materials and perform quality audits as per required schedule.Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements.Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.check all incoming materials that they are as per order and drawings. (specifications / length / qty / dimensions / wt etc ). MIR to be made & NCN to vendor incase of any deviations from agreed order.All work to be monitored, storing / cutting / fabrication / assembly / stacking / shifting / glazing etc to be as per drawings. Finish of joints / sealant tooling etc to be monitored. Also Dow Quality check process to be followed.Ensure Cleaning / Packing is checked before dispatch from factory.Ensure that work done at site is exactly as per approved drawings. Any deviations must be highlighted and NCR raised. After correction work to be presented to client for sign off (WIR)Ensure Materials used at site are as per drawings / approved make list. NCR incase of deviations. MIR for client approval. MTC and TPT reports to be submittedLiaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to ConsultantCoordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality. Implement the QA/QC management system at the siteCoordinate with quality inspections with all the site subcontractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on siteDistribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractorsVerify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standardsParticipate in the site internal and external site auditsCoordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectorsEnsure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineerControl all non conformance reports and undertake remedial actionCompete for site quality control instructions and action remedial responsesReview the customers- specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspectorMonitor the implementation of the approved site QC PlanComplete and coordinate the approval of the site's QC technical submittals to the customerCoordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project's subcontractor's QC personnelTeam Size: - 1Behavioural Skills required1.
