Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, either on-site or remotely.- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of products and equipment.- Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer complaints.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and repair guides.- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments.- Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians.- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronics systems.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel for site visits and training.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
