Role & responsibilities Learning & Development Assess Training Needs by gathering information about the current level of competencies of participants either by floating the TPA Emails or by discussion with the respective HODs Identify external training opportunities, such as workshops, conferences, and certifications, to enhance the professional development of employees. Design, Create, and deliver training programs, including on boarding, technical skills development, leadership development, and professional growth. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and metrics to continually improve and refine the learning experience. Rewards & Recognition To run the STAR PERFORMER & STAR TEAM for across the organisation every month & for a year. Collect the Nominations for the SP & ST for the month from All HODs. Preparing the summary & sharing that summary to Juries for evaluation Compiling the summary and getting required approval of result. Releasing the result via mail to all the employees and keep the record Performance Management (PMS) Implement the performance management philosophy, framework, and process for the organization and ensure completion of KRA setting . Create a performance oriented culture through monitoring on-going performance/productivity data; ensuring continuous performance discussions, development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers. Implement online performance management system on HRMS flawlessly Other HR Initiatives Attrition Analysis and implementation of suitable action plan Driving various new initiatives and projects depending on the organizational requirement Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
