Understanding project timelines & analyze critical path to achieve targets Specification finalization for equipments after understanding the project scope and implementing feedbacks of internal customers Procurement of equipments with latest technologies and selection of procurement partners Design approval and buyoff of equipments Commissioning of all facilities and equipments in Press Shop Understanding of lean manufacturing, six sigma and implementation in work areas Ensuring safe environment and quality assurance during installation and commissioning of equipments Analysis of production requirement & propose & implement countermeasures related to space & capacity planning to match production targets
