Roles and Responsibilities Annual Operating plan Assist in preparation of annual operating plan. Compile and consolidate data received from respective departments. GS improvement reports Prepare weekly presentation for improvement meeting which is required by management. Monthly unit MCM report Assist in preparation of monthly presentation for management committee meetings. Quick report and Mid month estimate Assisting in preparation of monthly quick report and mid month estimates. Board meeting data preparation Preparing the workings required for reconciliation and consolidation for board meeting on quarterly basis. MTP Assist in preparation of mid term plan.
