Greetings of the day ! Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for: Designation: AM- FP&A Location: Pune Shift: 12 PM - 10 PM ( work from 12-6 from office and then connect from home for remaining hours as this role will required daily interaction with the US team). 6 PM - 3AM shift at the time of Month End. Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO) Interview Mode: 2 Rounds (F2F) Notice Period: 0-30 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 30 days) Education: MBA/ M.Com/ CA / CA Inter Age: 23- 29 years NOTE: Its a long term 3rd party payroll opportunity. Require only male candidates. Role & responsibilities: Responsible for Month-end reporting and variance analysis 2. Detailed Ownership of monthly Profit & Loss areas SG&As, COGS, etc. 3. Responsible for month end closing JEs 4. Owing GLs and keeping a backup of each GL in Profit and Loss account 5. Managing accurate closings of Balance Sheet with accurate reporting of Assets and Liabilities. 6. Overall Scrutinization of GL, Reports, etc. and to ensure addressing all abnormalities. 7. Monitoring and wherever required necessary corrections on Cost Center based accounting. 8. Keeping an eye at micro level for all the costs incurred. 9. Creating on monthly basis all the master reports required. IT Skills: Excellent in MS-Excel (including advanced excel), MS-Power point. SAP or any ERP system understanding.
