Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Sponsorship Sales to drive sponsorships for our NGO Bangalore’s flagship events, programs, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the startup and corporate ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential sponsors, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders. Develop and pitch tailored sponsorship proposals to align with partners' branding and business goals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with sponsors to ensure repeat partnerships. Work closely with the marketing and events team to deliver sponsorship commitments effectively. Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and achieve revenue targets. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand partner needs and create customized sponsorship opportunities. Experience in working with startups, corporates, or ecosystem enablers is a plus. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
