Job descriptionJob Title: Inside Sales Manager/Sales Coordinator/Associate/ExecutiveInside Sales Team is responsible for managing back-end sales activity @ARC. Their processesinclude receiving enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, inventory control andfinally initiating dispatch requests. Each member would act as ARCs single point of contacttowards a designated set of customers (i.e. key sales accounts) and an allocated BusinessDevelopment associate.Role & responsibilities Prepare timely and accurate quotations for RFQs from customers. Support sales for both franchised and non-franchised product lines across designated regions. Negotiate with suppliers to meet customer target pricing while improving sales margins. Maintain and build strong relationships with principals, vendors, and customers. Identify high-demand parts and negotiate volume pricing with suppliers. Collaborate with Business Development Managers for order closures and quote feedback. Maintain supplier databases and secure the best commercial terms. Ensure maximum coverage of parts in customer BOMs. Coordinate and manage order processing, inventory, and dispatches. Act as a liaison between Business Development and Dispatch teams. Arrange for part samples from suppliers when needed.Preferred candidate profile Any Graduate / Diploma / BE / BTech (preferably in Electronics, Electrical, or Communication) Minimum 25 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Service Prior experience in trading or distribution companies is a plus Strong communication skills in English Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., Navision) Knowledge of business processes and back-office operations is essential
