About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Account Manager to help scale our brand on Amazon. This role is focused heavily on managing Amazon Ads and working closely with the founder to test and grow through paid strategies. A basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopify is a bonus. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive profitable growth Work directly with the founder to plan and run ad experiments (A/B testing, creatives, targeting, etc.) Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI Conduct product and market research to find new opportunities Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, images, and backend keywords) Oversee day-to-day Amazon operations including listing health, inventory, and performance metrics Stay updated on Amazon best practices, trends, and tools Support other marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopify) when needed Requirements: 1+ year experience managing Amazon Ads and Seller Central accounts Strong skills in PPC optimization and performance tracking Comfortable working directly with founders or leadership teams Detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopify is a plus Preferred Tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Ads Console, Google Sheets/Excel Role & responsibilities
