As an Amazon Ads Specialist at Lantern Digital, you’ll own growth for our brands on Amazon, while also gaining valuable exposure to D2C brand growth through website advertising. With the funnel team right beside you, you’ll learn firsthand how a brand scales across multiple channels and verticals — from marketplace to owned digital ecosystems. What you’ll own: Build, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) Manage paid media strategies for D2C ecommerce websites alongside the funnel optimization team Take complete ownership of the new Amazon Ads department — from strategy to execution and growth Perform keyword research, bid management, listing optimization, and creative testing to drive sales and control ACOS Analyze performance data and user behavior to continuously refine campaigns and improve ROI Collaborate closely with design, content, and funnel teams to align ads and landing pages for conversion Stay ahead of Amazon’s platform changes and ecommerce trends to maintain a competitive edge Handle budget allocation and ensure efficient ad spend for maximum growth What we expect: 2–3 years managing Amazon and ecommerce ads Ownership mindset with strong analytical skills Experience with D2C PPC and collaboration with funnel teams Salary Range: ₹4 – 6 LPA (Based on experience) Show more Show less
