REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications Must to have 4 years of BTech or BE Good to have MBA Job Experience Overall Experience 10 - 12 yrs of Sales experience Relevant Experience 10 years of relevant sales experience in similar industry includes primarily on the Diesel Engine and other associated solutions like DG Set, Radiator, Gear Box, Transmission etc ( segments would be OEM, Automobile, Minning, Infrastructure and Heavy Machineries ) AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Extensive field coverage and occasional cold calling to improve sales. Position/Focus/Generate prospects for Caterpillar Diesel engine as prime power and associate BOP to various OEMs in GMMCO territory. Initiate technical workshop in the present key accounts and actively managing existing relationships. Address the overall market/territories on developing the business prospects Create more funnel on the repowering business Continues engagement on the prospects and Follow up on the closure of order. Relationship Management: Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts. Coordinates the involvement of relevant company personnel to support customer timely expectation. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts/territory. Meets assigned expectations for profitability. Completes key OEM account plans that meet company standards. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position requires extensive travel.
