Job Description: As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for managing construction activity for the assigned Projects on a daily basis with direct coordination with Project Team.Various parts of Project such as Soil Feasibility Test, Structural Drawings, Elevation Designs, MEP Drawings, Project Planning, Scheduling, Finalization of Various types of Contractors (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring, Painting, False Ceiling, Water Proofing and others, Execution, Quality Standards, Profitability, Resource Management and Client Relationship to be monitored for the assigned projects. You will be reporting to Project Manager.Responsibilities: 1. Taking direct responsibility of Running Projects/ PT Slab Projects2. Ensuring Quality Standards of Running Projects 3. Ensuing Projects are going on time and delivery as per schedule4. Ensuring use of Quality Management Tool by Project Engineers.5. Managing sites in direct coordination with Project Engineers and regularly reporting to Project Managers.6. Ensuring Material Specifications for the respective projects are met and supply chain & logistic issues at the site in Coordination with the Supply Chain Team7. Managing Relationships with Contractors & Vendors8. Regularly visiting sites to ensure Quality is being met & Daily Calls with Team & Project Managers. 9. Finalizations of Various Contractors, Managing Scope, Payments, and output delivered. 10. Others -In Discussion with Management as per needs.11. Update today's work, reports, images, in a in Tool.12. Role: The Accountant in the construction industry will oversee the financial operations specific to construction projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with industry regulations, and effective budget management. This role demands a deep understanding of construction accounting, project cost management, and contract administration. This role involves a combination of analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and managerial capabilities to support the organization's financial health and growth. Responsibility: *Handle all payment-related communications via email, including requests, approvals, and confirmations ZOHO mail. (Must and should have experience in Zoho software aplications at least 3 yrs)*Review and verify payment requests from internal management departments. *Monitor all employees time, attendance, overtime, and compensatory off, ensuring accurate records in ZOHO People Maintain in Excel sheet. *Providing data and reports from Zoho Books for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. *Oversee the general ledger operations related to construction projects. Ensure accurate and timely closing of project Books/Bills at month-end and year-end.*Maintain job costing systems to track labor, materials, and overhead costs. Utilize Zoho for payroll processing and transactions.*Manage the end-to-end process of vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.* Have to be flexible to go for cash collection and bank's whatever said by the management teamPreferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Accounting, MBA Finance, or related field.
