Verify and certify subcontractor invoices as per work completed.Conduct quantity estimation & takeoff from drawings and site reports.Ensure timely submission of bills and payment follow-ups.Handle cost estimation, rate analysis, and variation claims.Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) & Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).Document project variations, extra work claims, and contractual changes.Ensure compliance with contract agreements, specifications, and BOQ.Prepare reconciliation statements for materials, labor, and costs. Ensure billing accuracy as per contract terms & site execution.Verify work done with drawings, BOQ, and approved specifications.Assist in internal & external audit processes for project documentation.Preferred candidate profile:1. Education qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory). Diploma in Civil Engineering (for candidates with strong experience).2.
