Position Summary: Answering incoming calls for pre-authorization from hospitals in UK, answer inquiries/questions, provide requisite information and handle complaints (if any). Also, respond appropriately to emails for pre-authorization requests. Key Accountabilities: Answer calls and respond to email requests from UK hospital staffs and specialist secretaries. Document all call information according to SOP. Update customer records, as and when necessary. Manage customer queries and complaints as necessary. Liaise with UK team as required. Achieve productivity and accuracy targets as detailed in your objectives. Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization. Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization. Key Skills and Competencies Required: Good verbal and written communication skills. Good listening skills. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Customer service orientation. Good data entry and typing skills. Shift Timings : UK Shift (14:00 - 22:30) Education : Graduate (Candidates from MBA/MCA/BCA/B. E./BTech/MTech/B.Sc. CS/B.Sc. IT are NOT eligible) Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
