We invite you to be part of our growth, diversity and multicultural work environment. Responsibilities- The role holder will be a key part of the office of Head Investments Project Finance. Key responsibilities shall include: Equity \/ quasi-equity fund raising, from institutional investors \/ financial institutions: Handling all interactions with existing investors Create \/ maintain collaterals for potential transactions Coordinate with investment bankers, be the single point of contact between bankers and internal teams in creating and maintaining data rooms for potential transactions. Owning the investment decision making process end to end: Responsible for building and reviewing financial models, evaluating risk factors for potential new PPAs Vibrant is evaluating Maintain a central repository of collaterals pertaining to each asset \/ SPV. Monitor \/ track performance of under construction as well as operational projects against projected performance, on a monthly basis. Coordinate with Finance Accounts and Compliance teams: Be the connection between the CFO function and the Investments function Manage the process of actual flow of funds from investors to projects Support \/ review processes and compliance pertaining to Audits, FPA, Tax Strategic initiatives: Lead any potential MA discussions Evaluate strategic diversifications basis continuous market tracking Continuous evaluation of the capital and holding structure, suggest potential optimizations and lead execution of such initiatives. Candidate Profile-s 7 to 8 years of working experience in a similar management consulting background, investment banking, Big 4, corporate finance, infrastructure advisory, project finance, MA capacity etc. Strong analytical insight and spreadsheet modelling skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements to an intermediate level. Good interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. Dynamic personality to get the desired information from other teams with good follow ups. Knowledge of Project Finance is an added advantage but not must. ",
