Key Responsibilities: 1. Research• Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, key players, and market intelligence.• Develop comprehensive talent maps, identifying potential candidates within the target industries and organizations. 2. Screening and Mapping• Source potential candidates using various channels, including professional networks, databases, and social media platforms, building a comprehensive candidate database.• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit based on experience, skills, and cultural alignment.• Map candidate profiles to client requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of job specifications. 3. Delivery• Work closely with consultants to deliver high-quality candidates for leadership mandates.• Provide detailed candidate reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.• Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to final placement.• Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities. Qualifications and Skills:• MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a prestigious institution.• Relevant experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field (preferred).• Strong research and analytical abilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Confidence and ability to network with senior professionals.• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and MS Office.
