Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtually. Responsibilities This role will support the fast-accelerating GCS business. The role will require to establish governance and controls for sales practices in collaboration with operation excellence and compliance teams. Effectively engage with stakeholders to understand the business requirements. Partnership with Stakeholders and Business Partners to provide valuable insights to support leadership. Support sales organization growth by effectively managing sales portfolio. Drive Analytics and Insights through various data tools. Identify & implement various automation techniques to improve efficiency. Drive initiatives through project management. Driving resolution for escalations (if any). Stay focused on relationships, understanding business strategy and objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Academic Background Graduate/Engineering/master s from a reputed university. 5 Years of experience Technical Skills/Capabilities: Good knowledge of big data Salesforce Looking for statistical and operational experience.
