Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented On-Site Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial supporting role in a client engagement focused on data management and reporting and disclosure for a leading automobile manufacturing company in Bidadi, Bangalore. This position will involve an on-site presence at the clients location for a duration of 13 months. As an On-Site Analyst, you will work closely with the clients team to facilitate data collection, analysis, and reporting, supporting their efforts to meet sustainability goals and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with the Sattva offsite project team will also be a key aspect of this role. Role and Responsibilities Collaborate with the clients team in Bidadi, Bangalore, to understand their data collection needs and objectives. Handle non-financial documents evidence Ensure timely data collection and validation of evidences and documents Mapping of new requirements for sustainability audits Co-ordination with internal teams for non financial validation The Ideal Candidate: At Sattva, our goal is realizing the impact on the ground and to drive a collective win by engaging with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for individuals who align with our vision and have the following profile: Bachelors degree in environmental science, sustainability, finance, business, or related field. Masters degree preferred 0-2 years of professional experience in ESG reporting, conducting audits Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and standards, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs Proficient in data analysis, utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to create visually compelling representations for informed decision-making Skilled in both written communication and presentations, adept at crafting clear, concise written materia Efficiently balances project deadlines with rigorous quality standards, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in reporting Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Ability to interact effectively and manage expectations with client peers and management Willingness to work onsite from Bidadi, Bangalore, a duration of 13 months
