Roles Responsibilities: Ticket resolution, integration management and maintaining/ updating CWR profile within Fieldglass Action on Tickets resolution for CWR profile update e.g. Termination, extension, revision etc. Providing direct solution to the manager/ stakeholder via email Running audit reports Capturing and resolving CWR Integrations file Quality: Drive talent quality through contingent worker fulfillment Speed: Implement process efficiencies through standardization, tools and automation Cost: Drive supplier performance and optimization Compliance: Align processes to GXO requirements Qualification, Experience Skills: Bachelor s degree in relevant field 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and logistics or related industry Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workload HRIS/Fieldglass and time management experience
