Job Description

Perform day to day security operations to grant and protect systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction Actively monitor tools, systems and network traffic for unusual activity and alerts Operate security operations policies, application security, access control and corporate data safeguards Conduct data breach and security incident investigations Liaison with other cyber threat analysis entities and managed services Respond to security-related operational support and incidents, on and off hours as needed Develop automation and process improvements to daily security operations Investigate incidents, act as an incident handler and follow incident response procedures Perform all assigned work to meet expected delivery and schedules and perform other duties as assigned Follows published policies, standards and procedures with attention to detail Demonstrated Security Domain Skills and Knowledge Required: Access Control Systems and Methodology Telecommunications and Network Security IT Service Management (ITSM) Applications and Systems Development Security Computer Operations Security Security Domain Skills and Knowledge Desired: Applications and Systems Development Security BCP and Disaster Recovery Planning Security Management Practices Law Investigation and Ethics Incident Response Management Demonstrated Application Skills and Knowledge Required: Microsoft Office SIEM ITSM Endpoint protection tools Firewall/IPS Application Skills and Knowledge Desired: Scripting Ethical Hacking
