About the Job: Sakon is looking for an Analyst-Vendor Management to work at our India office in Pune, Maharashtra. The Analyst will assist in setting up data access across multiple Telecom Vendors. They will also ensure uninterrupted access to the data for the processing and Inventory build. The role will include database creation, vendor and customer communication, reporting etc. He or she must be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. The successful candidate will be respectfully relentless in focusing a diverse team to deliver the necessary data on time. Expectations from the Role: - Ability to effectively communicate and complete Telecom Vendor Management related activities - Maintain open communication with stakeholders and Client - Understand US and Int'l Vendor Portals and set up logins to download the required data - Understand LOAs (Letter of Authorization) and how to use them - Handle any kind of changes on Vendor Portals and verify the same with relevant stakeholders - Create and Manage Daily/Monthly Reporting - Communicate with Internal Stakeholders and Clients and ensure better co-ordination - Work with the internal teams to deliver accurate, quality service to clients - Ensure completion of internal deliverables and meeting milestones - Update all internal tracking systems in a timely manner and communicate progress to all stakeholders - Proactively identify vendor related risks - Help us work smarter as we scale and streamline the way we deliver our data solutions and innovative technology to clients. Skillsets Required: - Good communication skills written and verbal - Quick Learner - Flair for obtaining information and ability to adapt to multiple UIs - Strong MS Excel and Word skills (MS Office) - Ability to work in a team and under pressure of deadlines - Strong understanding of Telecom Vendors. - A passion for helping clients and addressing some of the biggest challenges in different business verticals. - 0 - 3 years of experience working within the telecoms industry or corporate telecom department, with a proven history of Telecom Vendor Management activities. - Experience or working knowledge of Enterprise TEM and Mobility Solutions and best practices, and Enterprise Financial Systems a plus Job timing : Candidate should flexible to work in shifts.
