Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop analytical methods for bioanalytical applications, including peptides, proteins, antibodies, and small molecules. Validate methods using various techniques such as LCMS, HPLC, ELISA, and cell-based assays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments for method development and validation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA guidelines) during all stages of product development. Provide technical guidance to junior team members on method development and validation protocols. Desired Candidate Profile Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology or related field. Minimum 6-11 years of experience in bioanalytical research with expertise in peptide/protein/antibody analysis. Strong understanding of biologics/peptides/proteins/antibodies/small molecule chemistry principles. Experience working with CRO/CDMO organizations preferred but not mandatory.
