Job Description

Position Details: Role: Anaplan Solution Architect/Lead Developer Positions: 3 Openings Experience: Total: 10+ Years Relevant: 7+ Years in Anaplan Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad Contract Type: 6 Months (C2H Contract to Hire) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Job Responsibilities: Solution Design & Development: Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design Anaplan solutions. Develop and implement Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards. Anaplan Architecture & Optimization: Ensure the overall architecture is optimal and scalable for integration with existing models. Maintain, optimize, and enhance Anaplan models to improve automation and user experience. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Perform testing/debugging of Anaplan applications to ensure functionality and performance. Provide support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, collaborating with end-users. Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Data Teams) to align Anaplan with enterprise systems. Stay updated with Anaplan enhancements to leverage new features for business improvement. Documentation & Process Improvement: Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance incentive compensation management, performance reporting, and planning. Required Skillset: Technical Skills: Anaplan Expertise: Minimum 7 years of experience with Anaplan development and solution architecture. At least 3 full-cycle implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models . Strong knowledge of Anaplan Model Building, Data Integration, and Performance Optimization . Financial & Business Process Understanding: Hands-on experience in performance reporting, analytics, planning, budgeting, and forecasting . Deep understanding of enterprise performance management (EPM) and incentive compensation structures. Soft Skills: Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions. Stakeholder Management: Ability to constructively challenge requirements and optimize processes. Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Ability to document models and processes professionally. Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Anaplan Certification (Preferred but not mandatory).
