With $1Mn+ ARR and 100K+ active devotees, we’re building a seamless ecosystem of temple-based puja, video content, live-streamed rituals, and spiritual engagement — all through tech-first delivery. Role OverviewWe’re looking for an Android Developer who has experience scaling consumer-facing apps — ideally in video commerce, content platforms, or high-growth startups. This role demands speed, ownership, and clean architecture, with a strong focus on performance, stability, and delightful user journeys. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain high-performance Android apps using React Native, from scratch to scale.Integrate video-based modules (live & recorded), interactive components, and seamless transaction flows.Optimize performance for low latency, quick loading, and smooth user experience across devices and network conditions.Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to launch features on tight timelines.Monitor app crashes, user behavior, and retention metrics to drive continuous improvements.Ensure best practices in React Native architecture, reusable component design, and clean codebase management.Handle version control, app releases, and third-party SDK integrations (e.g., Firebase, WhatsApp APIs, Analytics). Requirements3+ years of experience in mobile app development using React Native.Strong expertise in React Hooks, Redux/MobX, Navigation, Axios, Context API, and mobile UI frameworks.Experience with video-first apps, live-streaming, or content delivery is a big plus.Prior experience with e-commerce or transactional apps is highly preferred.Ability to work independently, manage deliverables, and take end-to-end ownership of features.Familiarity with devotional/spiritual products or culturally rooted apps is a bonus.
