Hi Candidate , We are hiring for the position of Android Developer It's urgent requirement . Only Serving Notice Period/Immediate Joiner . Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced . You will handle technical support of new deployments, ongoing support in meeting SLA targets, and response to customer technical issues. Your role includes: Providing technical & networking support to configure devices for new deployments Applying product expertise to investigate, triage, and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintaining service uptime SLA and interfacing with customers with regard to service interruptions via a ticketing system Developing amazing experiences at every customer touchpoint in the customer journey Building, scaling, and evolving a world class 24/7 technical support organization Utilizing a data centric approach to improve processes and achieve KPI targets Driving discipline in documenting evolving processes with direct experience utilizing ticketing systems Assisting team providing AI support initiatives Partnering with Clinical Success & Engineering to improve product quality The Ideal Candidate Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, such as Information Systems, certifications, or equivalent experience Minimum 4+ years experience automating Linux systems, utilizing BASH, python, or perl. Strongly preferred: ANSIBLE experience Minimum 4+ years of related work experience with a focus on troubleshooting, problem resolution, and continuous improvement in IT Understand how to read and interpret Linux output, using Linux commands, and execute fixes Functional knowledge working with routers, VLANs, Linux, SSH, etc. Strong written and spoken English skills Strong customer service skills with ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Proven experience in 24/7 technical support organizations Proven experience in a data-driven approach to support management Effective at building partnerships at all levels within the company and externally Note : Interested candidate kindly send your resume to: thabita.anoop@talentsketchers.com
