Job Title: Angular Technical Lead Location: Pune (Hybrid Mode) Experience: 6+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Notice Period: [Immediate Joiners / 15-30 Days Preferred] Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Angular Technical Lead with deep expertise in Angular Version 9 , front-end architecture, and UI development. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web applications, leading front-end teams, and collaborating closely with backend and UX teams. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs , Webpack , jQuery , HTML/CSS , and JSON is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance front-end architecture using Angular v9 . Translate business and functional requirements into detailed UI designs and technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps. Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code using best practices in Angular and front-end development. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across all platforms and devices. Review code and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Optimize front-end build processes using Webpack and ensure efficient delivery pipelines. Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow. Maintain consistent UI/UX design standards across the platform. Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis and optimize application performance. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in front-end technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in Angular (version 9 required) . Solid understanding of Component-Based Architecture , Angular CLI , RxJS , and Typescript . Experience in front-end Design and Architecture , including modularization and reusability of components. Strong knowledge of HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , JSON , and jQuery . Proven experience in integrating with RESTful APIs and handling async data streams. Familiarity with Webpack , build tools, and performance optimization strategies. Experience with version control systems like Git . Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Ability to lead and mentor a team, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js or .NET Core. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Why Join Us?
