We are looking to employ a qualified and professional ANM nurse to provide primary healthcare consultancy to public over the call The ANM nurse will be responsible for patient assessment and counselling You should possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills with all role players The successful candidate should be able to work closely with health care practitioners to ensure the wellbeing of patients Ultimately, a top-notch staff nurse should possess an exceptional track record and display a high standard of patient care Responsibilities: The following is a list of the major responsibilities of the ANM/Nurse: Provide high-quality patient care and consultancy Assist with the continuous development of staff Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions Treat emergency injuries through consultancy Develop programs to maintain health and safety Identify work-related risks Document all injuries and illnesses Qualifications/Requirement: To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills, attributes, and abilities: An ANM graduate/MSc (Nursing) with minimum 1 years of experience Post qualification nursing experience may be preferred Candidate having registration under Indian Nursing Council is preferred Able to work in a multicultural team Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Continue professional development activities Should have excellent communication skill in English and hindi Best communication to provide empathetic counselling Must be below 40 years of old
