Role Summary This position is responsible for taking precise measurements to determine property boundaries Need to provide data relevant to the shape and contour of the Earths surface construction projects Roles & Responsibilities Proficient in using Total Station to take Reading, Levels & Measurements Good at Earthwork/Volume Survey, Working with CAD Drawings Should have skills in report Preparation in excel & Taking out Coordinates Setup Layout Plan on site Demarcation Stakeout of the large Projects Digitization Of Physical Features Regular checking of survey control points, survey Records, checking of alignment & Layout, Centre Line marking, Auto cad plotting, Physical checking for accuracy of survey Instrument Total Station, Auto Level Qualifications & Experience Graduate / Diploma from a recognized institute 5 to 7 years of proven experience of building face marking, all station point and for total station and level instrument, daily traverse Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential buildings is preferable Skills Should be good at Decision making Communication skills Should be Detail oriented Need to have Problem-solving skills Should have Time-management skills, Visualization skills Efficient in using e sophisticated technologies such as distanceand slope-measuring total stations and GPS devices to collect land survey data Note: The Selected Candidate will be posted at Pocharam Location, Hyderabad
