Or selling items which are exclusive and niche, which adds value to a hotel project. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Promote and sell Automation Products, Lighting Controls, and Audio Video Systems to high-end clients, including hospitality, residential, and corporate sectors. o Identify and target potential clients such as architects, electrical consultants, chief engineers in hotels, and lighting consultants. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring excellent communication and professional representation of the companyPresent tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs for homes, offices, and hotels. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as project execution and quotation departments to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of projects. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements.
