Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and customer needs; develop strategic marketing plans to align with business goals. Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns through multiple channels like digital marketing, trade shows, and webinars. Customer Relationship Management: Engage with pharmaceutical customers and distributors to maintain strong, long-term relationships. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and support for generating leads and facilitating customer interactions. Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies. Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Required Skills & Qualifications: B Pharma/ B.SC chemistry with MBA / PG in Sales and Marketing Experience: 5Years & Above in Domestic sales API Industry Expertise: Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, API manufacturing, and regulatory standards. Marketing Skills: Proven success in executing marketing campaigns. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of API properties, quality standards, and their applications. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical details to various audiences. Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. Other Requirements: Age limit: Below 40 years. Willingness to travel when required.
