The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing, with expertise in marketing IT consultants and placing them in suitable roles. This position requires excellent networking skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Market Bench IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, USC) to direct clients, vendors, and Tier-1 vendors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful placements.Work closely with Bench consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and career goals.Proactively source new client requirements from job boards, social media, and professional networks.Ensure quick turnaround on matching Bench resources with client job openings.Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and vendors to maximize placements.Maintain a pipeline of active consultants, keeping track of their availability and project end dates.Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with policies.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in IT staffing regulations.Engage in continuous networking, relationship-building, and market research.Utilize platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools for lead generation.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, agreements, and client requirements.Maintain accurate and real-time records of submissions, interviews, and placements.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar IT staffing role.Strong network of clients, vendors, and Tier-1 vendors in the U.S. IT market.Excellent knowledge of IT technologies, trends, and staffing processes.Proficiency in bench sales strategies, client engagement, and market analysis.Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.Ability to multi-task and handle multiple client requirements efficiently.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven and result-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients.Prior experience in contract negotiation and rate discussions.Understanding of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, USC) and work authorization rules.Why Join Us?Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.Opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic team.Access to top-tier clients and exciting IT projects.Work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.Career growth and skill enhancement opportunities.Role & responsibilities Perks and benefits : - Attractive Incentive Structure with Target-Based Salary Increments.
