Exciting Job Opportunity Role: Appian COE Total Experience: 15 Years Appian Experience: 10 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners/ Serving notice period/ 30 to 90 Days Job Location: Hyderabad Must have experience in leading some Architects We are looking for an Appian COE to oversee and manage our Appian Center of Excellence (COE). You will lead the development of Appian solutions and ensure that best practices are followed in building and deploying Appian applications. Responsibilities: Lead the Appian COE to ensure high-quality solutions. Guide and mentor the Appian development team. Define Appian standards and reusable components. Design and implement Appian applications for various business needs. Keep the team updated on the latest Appian features. Lead end-to-end Appian implementations (from planning to deployment). Troubleshoot and solve Appian-related issues. Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions. Required Qualifications: 15+ years in IT, with at least 10 years working with Appian. Strong experience with Appian development, including SAIL, integrations, and cloud. Expertise in Appian architecture and platform upgrades. Proven leadership in managing Appian teams and driving Appian projects. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Appian RPA and Appian Cloud.
