Application Development Consultant (PHP PL/SQL)) Location: Gachibowli Hyderabad, TG, IN Company: Goodyear Location: IN - Hyderabad Telangana Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Maria Monica Canding Sponsorship Available: No Relocation Assistance Available: No The Application Development Consultant is a well-reasoned Information Technology (IT) Professional, able to apply system-wide responsibility to complex components of a project. This Consultant will work according to requirements that develop through joint efforts with the Business Process Groups. The Consultant will often participate and contribute to the actual detailed work of the specification. When work precedents are unclear the Application Development Consultant should obtain advice from higher-level IT Associates. Application Development Consultants may guide or instruct lower-level Staff Members in project-related efforts and should provide value-added input at team meetings. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and develop new processes, programs, and configurations - Taking into account the complex inter-relationships of system-wide components. Provide system-wide support and maintenance for a complex system or business process. Maintain and modify existing processes, programs, and configuration through the use of current IT Toolsets. Troubleshoot, investigate and persist. Develop solutions to problems with unknown causes where precedents do not exist, by applying logic and inference with persistence and experience to see the problem through to resolution. Confer with the stakeholder community on problem determination. Make joint analysis decisions on cause and correction methods. Perform tasks (as necessary) to ensure data integrity and system stability. Create applications and databases with a main focus on Data Collection Systems - Supporting Analysis, Data Capture, Design Tools, Library Functions, Reporting, Request Systems, and Specification Systems used in the Tire Development Process. Complete life-cycle testing (unit and integration) of all work. Provide system-wide support and maintenance for a complex system or business process. Maintain and modify existing processes, programs, and configuration through the use of current Information Technology toolsets Configure and implement 3rd party software packages where minimal customization, enhancement, and testing will be required for integration into existing infrastructure. Evaluate simple interrelationships within the immediate area of responsibility, e.g. whether a contemplated change in one part of a simple program will cause unwanted results in a related part. Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or in lieu of degree 10 years of IT experience work, types of environments or situations 5 or more years of experience in relevant Technical or Business Work Must have experience with AWS, Snowflake, and using Alation tools. Has experience with project management. Must have experience with PHP , Angular, Apache eCharts, Typescripts, SQL, ExtJs,, containers [docker/podman], version control [github, cvs], configuration as code [ansible], Shell Scripting, Build pipelines [Jenkins/github], Artifact Repository [Nexus], Azure, AWS, JIRA), Linux, Database experience (ex: Oracle) and middleware messaging (ex: ActiveMQ). #Li-Hybrid Job Segment: Database, SQL, Testing, Developer, Computer Science, Technology
