What You ll Be Doing: Provide advanced engineering design service and support to regional engineering team in power electronics and analog engineering design solution. Provide hardware engineering support for PCB review, Electronic simulations, Laboratory equipment usage like PCBA rework and Oscilloscope analysis for different customers product development. PCB reviews and design, starting from block diagram, part selection, schematics, layout, gerber and prototypes. Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including whitepapers, technical comparisons, reports and promoting or training internal resources. Support the development and validation of reference designs to meet customer requirement. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and customer specifications. Attend technical and sales training in efforts to stay abreast of current technology. Ensure accurate documentation of engineering designs and solutions for future reference. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor s Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering field. At least 7 years of experience in electronics/semiconductors, power management, and analog product design. Strong technical skills in Power conversion topologies (DC-DC, AC-DC, and DC-AC). Experience using WBG (Wide bandgap) devices (ex. SiC, GaN, etc.). Experience in electrical instrumentation, Op-Amps, signal conditioning, sensors, and data acquisition systems for measuring, processing, and analyzing electrical signals. Familiar with standards and compliance including IEC, UL, and ISO, relevant to high-power systems. Deep understanding of EMI/EMC standards and mitigation techniques for high-power designs Experience with reference design development, validation, and component optimization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers. Passion for innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
