BEACON India is currently seeking an experienced Application Engineer Pre-Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales team and customers to provide technical support and expertise in our software applications. As an Application Engineer Pre-Sales, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, demonstrating the capabilities of our products, and helping to close sales. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions using our software applications. 2. Collaborating with the sales team to create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. 3. Providing technical advice and support to customers throughout the sales process, including identifying potential issues and proposing solutions. 4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have: 1. A strong background in software engineering or a related technical field. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences. 3. A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns. 4. Experience in pre-sales or technical support roles, preferably in a software or technology company. 5. A proactive and results-driven approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
